At the first treatment session and future sessions we will continue the process of utilising your sometimes hidden resources. Using the best techniques available, we will begin to guide you towards your desired way of being and feeling.
We will discuss the changes as they are being made and recognised by you. As we go on we will continue to evolve ways to build on and develop and create ongoing beneficial changes.
I will make a personalised recording for you to listen to between the sessions.
Alongside our face to face sessions in my Brighton hypnotherapy room I will make a personalised MP3. You will be able to continue to listen to this between sessions and after the sessions are completed. Most of all this will continue to improve the benefits you have already noticed happening in your life. It also provides you with a valuable tool for relaxation which improves your health and wellbeing in the long term.
