1. Go over all the parts of your life: job, money, friendships, family, relationships, fun and relaxation, health and fitness, surroundings, and personal growth.

  2. for each one, list at least three good things that are extremely valuable to you

  3. For each of these, write down why it is that you feel fortunate, and what it is specifically that you appreciate

  4. Then, imagine what great things can happen in the future as a result of this good fortune that you have

Going through all the parts of your life and being aware of the value of what you have can work wonders for your well-being,  This week take an hour of your time to run your inventory. You may discover something wonderful, and maybe become aware of changes you would like to make too.
