“I’m just writing to tell you that all four flights during my trip went really well! I never developed anything more than what I consider to be a normal amount of adrenaline, whenever I felt anything new.
Both crossings went really well. The first was just a really easy flight – the seatbelt sign didn’t come on at all. The second would definitely have made me extremely uncomfortable before, because the pilot said at the beginning that we would encounter some turbulence. It was moderate at most, causing the seat belt light to go on four or five times, but I was not concerned. At worst, I was slightly startled because a movement happened suddenly. I was tired of the experience and ready to be down by the end, but I did not experience any constant – or even really any occasional – anxiety.

All is going well thanks. Haven’t smoked since our last session and not been tempted at all so I’m very happy. Think I’d like to keep our last session in reserve incase I have a relapse after 6 months or so.

I have to say that she definitely helped me get better
I have come to see Jo to help me with anxiety/panic attacks. The first session was free and a chance to get to know each other. I thought that Jo was very welcoming and warm and felt very comfortable. She used various techniques and I have to say that she definitely helped me get better. I really liked the hypnotherapy recording at home which I still use now and then. I would highly recommend Jo and my money has been spent well in fact I would not hesitate to go back and see her but hopefully that won’t be necessary anymore. 🙂

I have been getting on well with not drinking so much. My girlfriend has certainly noticed, and overall I feel more in control.
I found your approach to be really interesting.
and what I really appreciated about your service were two things:
Firstly, I hugely appreciated talking to someone who was so demonstrably intelligent, not just in the intellectual sense, but who was engaged and could maintain control of what were probably quite frustratingly tangential conversations, and tie together common themes.
Secondly, I felt that you were responsive to me personally, and to the ways in which I was understanding and benefitting from your approach.
These two things helped me to feel that any problems I was having were fundamentally understandable and surmountable.
I don’t really understand all the rules and conventions of therapeutic relationships, but I would really like to see you again for another series of sessions once I’m settled in my new job role in the autumn.
You gave me a feeling not just of being listened to, but of being heard and understood, which I felt was immeasurably valuable. Thank you!

I’m pleased to say things are still going really well
I had to present to 400 people yesterday for an hour and a half on camera which a year ago would have caused me so much discomfort – but had absolute minimum nerves
