I am a professionally qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist, NLP master practitioner and EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) enabling me to treat a wide range of conditions. I have been helping clients achieve their potential in my Brighton hypnotherapy practice since 2007.
I am proud to have trained with Trevor Silvester at the renowned Quest Institute, where Cognitive Hypnotherapy was developed and refined. I regularly assist on the Quest Institute Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP practitioner course in Regents College, London. I also regularly undergo further training to expand my knowledge and ability, and because I enjoy it!
I remain at the forefront of modern therapeutic methods. I am bound by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) to a strict code of ethics. this emphasises integrity, confidentiality and competence and ensures a high standard of ethical conduct and that all my clients receive the best attention whilst being treated.
I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), registration number 000242-L10. In 2000, following the House of Lords Science and Technology Report on Complementary and Alternative Medicines, The Princes Foundation for Integrated Health (PFIH) set up the CNHC to regulate the quality of practitioners to protect the public. The programme was supported by the King’s Fund and Department of Health. Whoever you see, ensure they are a member of the CNHC so you know they are regulated and you are protected.
